Social Worker with years of experience

I've been a social worker for 10 years, focusing my career in the Boulder/Denver area.  I'm passionate about this beautiful state we live in and the people I share it with. 

In my career I have worked in the fields of child welfare, at-risk youth, mental illness, corrections, developmental disabilities, and residential facilities.  I've worked with diverse populations across the Metro Area and focus on always meeting individuals where they are at, with open mindedness and no judgement.  At times, all people struggle and change will only be possible if they feel they can be open and honest about themselves or their lives. 

In my work with people, I always focus on defining goals for our work together and using a solution-focused, strength-based approach to help them reach those goals.  I work to build on each person's many skills and resiliencies they possess to make for lasting change.  Each person knows themselves best and I will work with you to move forward towards your own wellness with compassion and understanding.
